I ran across this quote just a minute ago and knew I needed to write it down, "It takes courage to grow up and become what you really are". I really like this. A whole lot. Maybe it's because I'm not really sure what it is that I am really am. Maybe I'm not grown up at all. When do we really "grow up". I wouldn't say there is a certain event or age that it magically happens. You don't go to bed one night and wake up grown the next morning. I want to have the courage to grow up and become what I really am.
What does this mean to you?!?!?!

I think that everyday we do a little bit more growing up. I dont think there is such a thing as a grown up...because even adults still have to grow. It takes courage to say that you are growing up and it takes courage to grow up. I think it happens little by little but it is an ongoing process. I love you and I really like that quote.
I say why is growing up so important?! I know that we are supposed to progress but I don't think that this means we need to place pressure on ourselves to be something that our parents or society says we should be. However it does take courage to be what we really are and not let others tell us what that should be...making any sense?! :)
