As of yesterday I am officially older than I have ever been before. I turned, 28. And the picture to the left is exactly how I feel about it. It could be good, it could be bad, I'm just real confused. But it was a great birthday and I thought I would share it will all of you. I went on the 13th to spend the night in Rexburg. I heart Rexburg. I truly do. I have some excellent memories there. Charity made a delicious dinner and invited a few friends over. They were all 22 or younger so I decided I was going to go ahead and act 22 too. It was great. I love being young. I met Robert, Charity's fiance', and that was fun. And he brought two of his friends with him. One gave a little dance. I would like to call it my birthday dance but that wasn't really what it was for. I wish I had pictures. Anyways, we decided to go get frozen custard. I rode with Rob on his motorcycle. It was fun and fast and I liked it. On the way home Rob's friend drove the bike and I rode with him. It was fun, fast, dangerous, and I really liked it.
We then decided to go swimming. I didn't bring my swimsuit so I had to borrow one of Charity's that was a tad to small. It was so fun. We got ready and went. And those are the shoes that were worn to the pool. I love these girls.

We then came home and decided we should do some birthday toast. I toasted to not accomplishing my goals that I had when I turned 27 and no one judged me. I like that. They just went with it. We toasted a whole whole lot of stuff. So silly.

Charity and I went to the temple (no pictures sorry) and did baptisms. I thought it would take less time to do baptism's than an endowment session, wrong. It took two hours but it was great. We then went back to the apartment where Becky suggested we go to Big Judds for lunch. I hadn't been there since I was a student at Ricks so we went. This is Charity and me drinking soda through a straw. Cheek to Cheek.

This is me and Beck showing how old I am. The BIG 28. We orginally did it backwards but we got it right after not too long.

That's right. A Huge burger. I didn't eat it all by myself, we split it but back in the day I did eat the whole thing. That's right, the very thought now makes me sick but I did it.

I was so full after we left. Our meal came with 2 icecreams and I told Becky and Charity that they could get them. When we got up there the lady told me that I got one for my birthday. I was telling her that I would just eat some of my sisters but she was insistent and I ended up with my own cone.

That night we met Mike and Amy and their cute kiddo's at Sol Rio for dinner. I needed my fried icecream. That's right, that was the 3rd birthday ice cream I had. The food was good, the company the best. I loved it.

Then we went to Mike and Amy's where Amy had decorated for me. Thanks Amy, I love you so much. And I loved the decorations. And there were gifts. Seth got me a picture frame to put a picture of me and him in. It was so thoughtful because it is my favorite shade of green. Sydney got me make-up. Mike and Amy got me a pair of sunglasses and the cutest headband. I love it. I went and bought myself new scriptures and I am going to have them be from mom and dad.

Here is my 4th birthday icecream. Amy made me a homemade icecream cake that was absolutely delicious. I may have gained 14 pounds on this trip. After we ate we played pin the tail on the donkey. I did not win. It was so much fun. Thanks everyone for making my birthday so extra special. I love you all.

Wow! I HOPE I'm that hot on my 28th b-day! A girl can dream can't she?
I'm glad you had such a wonderful day! And icecream is really really good for you (that's what I tell myself everyday while I'm eating my daily bowl!)
Yeah!!! Fun times in Rexburg!! I love that you went swimming at Alpine Chalet AND ate at Big Judd's. Those are some of my most favorite memories with you from our fun years at Ricks. I agree with Candice - you do look hot. And I'm glad you included a picture of your favorite shade of green - I love that after all these years I'm still learning new things about ya! Happy 28th!
Your birthday rocked! It was fun having you up here.
missing you already!
I'm so glad you had a wonderful birthday with your family! Now when you get back to Memphis we'll have to celebrate with your friends!!
