Today a package came in the mail from one of my college friends, Loriann Hillyard. I haven't seen her in years but sometimes you don't need to see someone to remain close. I may have cried when I opened it. I blame these hormones but I was so excited and a little overwhelmed. Baby stuff is dang cute. I love that Elijah has so many people to love him and to help celebrate his birth. Thank you Loriann for making my day! I am truly blessed to have you as my friend. I was just feeling a little upset that most of my bestest friends live far away but this made me realize distance doesn't matter.
