Doing my Thing

So, I thought I would give a little life update. This past weekend I had a RockStar party at James' house and it was alot of fun. We played Guitar Hero world tour, this is played with 4 players. There was a total of 18 people there so we rotated through who got to play. I think everyone had a fun time and some even dressed up for the occasion. We had fake tattoos for those who didn't and we had tons of food. I believe that everyone really enjoyed themselves. I sure did. It started at 8pm and the last person left around 2am. It was a good time.

Then Saturday night my branch had a bonfire and a chili cookoff. It was super cold but it was a lot of fun. I made some super good chili. I had several people tell me that they thought mine was going to win but in the end it didn't. So I got a picture with Ben, the winner and me, the should have been winner. It's okay, next time I will be better prepared. I like to win.
I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm putting myself out there. I'm trying to be social and make friends. It can be hard at times but it's been fun.

Wow, I got a little scared by your Rock Star outfit. You reminded me of the make-up artists at the MAC counter! :) As for your chili, at least your crock-pot was way cuter than Ben's.... :) Love you!
